The lack of sugar makes people very grumpy. So I guess the following artists I’ll be talking about are one of those who never really know what sugar is.

Contemporary art is always a very controversial topic even nowadays. Here specifically I wanna talk about a group of people who’re trying to convince people that daily life elements can be really artistic,that is to say,art is no longer untasteful for the majority.

I do appreciate this idea, as it spreads this kind of free esprit and inspiration to encourage people to get their daily life more interesting.

And all my appreciations stop here.

John Cage, Yoko Ono,  Merce Cunningham,…..

sorry I’m too lazy to put more names as I’ll have to add hyperlinks to each..and you have to know that with people or things which are not that attractive,I’m lazier.

Okay,basically these names means : Absurd,Awkward,Ridiculous,Insane,Crazy,liar,hustle…to me.

And I think if I’m less lazy I’d make you an A-Z list of all those adjectives.

John Cage,the famous silence composer,conning people with his famous 4’3”. If there’s no sound in this music piece,why should you call it music then. And I’ve seen another work of his, a crazy stupid woman pounding piano string hard,guess what,I call that NOISE.

Yoko Ono, I respect her free thoughts and her life philosophy towards her own universe,no matter with John or Sean. But speaking of calling her a musician,I’d rather listen to Britney Spears’ pop music,or the neighbors’ 2 year-old kid crying in the supermarket. She sounds like a cutthroat bitch got her feet stepping by a random passenger.

Merce C. A very funny dance artiste. The reason why I don’t call him a dancer is because I wanna this article to be more..let’s say..formal. He merged everyday life gestures into his dance, but anyway, he’s not as annoying as the first 2.

Well,I wonder, am i too picky or too old-fashioned because this is the so-called art right now?I can’t believe that people can both love Giotto and Cage. Or the existence of these new artistes is showing how great those grand antique artistes are?

To me,you need to feed art with inspiration,imagination,a lot of years’ hard work and respect of the people who’re going to see your work. If John Cage and those who are with the same type do have inspiration or imagination or even hard work, I still don’t think that they pay enough respect to their spectators. It’s grumpily optic and hearing violation. very aggressive and vulgar.

We have actually a special unspoken consensus with Rossina, Cheese and crackers. For those ridiculous artistes’ work. But here,I guess it’s expired and musty cheese and crackers.

He is a famous illustrator based in the UK. Dita Von Teese, one of his muses, is also mine.

His works are so lively, but also classic and delicate. It’s nothing like nowadays’ designers’ sketches. He’s so good at expressing Haute Couture.

besides fashion illustrations, he also does celebrity portraits in different periods.

the very adorablest Audrey Hepburn.

It’s fancy enough, also vintage, classic and romantic, every tiny detail expresses the character of each portrait reveals and conquers your heart.

Simple but well skilled touches and colors, discrete but proud.

No wonder why he’s one of the favorites of Vogue in a certain period.

It’s a combination of art and fashion, talent and hard work.

Oh my genius, I love his works!!!

Sorry it took so long for the preparation and it’s obviously so late to post anything about fashion week. But still, it ”haunts” me so much as this is one of the bests moment of the year. Working for several brands at the backstage, also as stylist of shootings for magazines, among other things, I had the chance to take some photos I’d like to share with you. Let’s take a tour back:

The first image filled with fashion week sense blew my mind was this pair of gorgeous shoes from Balenciaga. How gorgeous it is! They’re not from the latest collection, but still, the classic style is never OUT.

Obviously the fashion week fever has just passed for a while, so the autumn fever has, too. Everybody was ill, sick heads everywhere. But there’s no excuse, doesn’t matter how depressing the weather may be…you simply can’t hide at home from shows, parties or any other fun from the fashion week. It’s never a boring event, you can always have fun.

After seeing Maison Martin Margiela screwed the very expected show, busy backstage work started for me as well.

My favorite two stuffs at the backstage are make ups and photo boards.

It’s always nice to see those familiar faces, even if they’re not officially listed as the top 10, they’re a special part in my memories!

Ksenia Kahnovich is one of those. She seemed more confident than last time.

Of course new faces are welcome, and you can’t miss this girl, Julia. Fashion designer Tsumori Chisato was so impressed by her kawaii face that she kept talking about her during the fitting day.

Quiet and sweet like a china doll, reading he book in a corner, reminds me of last season when I met model Okamoto Tao in the backstage.

Laura Blokhina. A friend of Kseina, she has special charm, even she’s not as pretty or sweet as Ksenia, but she’s obviously a character.

yeah, Laura. I’m expecting a new star to rise!

Last but not least, apart from rushing between parties and shows, I had some great work done too.

The shooting with my friend and model Belladonna Friis was a big surprise, and now I have to say that it wasn’t that terrible to have been an hour late for the show next day.

Again, I have to say, fashion week is indeed the best moment, for work and for fun. And I’m always surprised of how I managed to see so many good friends within only one week.

And, call it a cliché, still amazing to see Karl Lagerfeld in the Fendi O Party at VIP…haha. Sorry about the photo quality, I’m not a professional paparazzi!Nataka Hidetoshi is still fatally hot,he’s the best!

BTW, I really loved the Alexandre McQueen show and Victor&Rolf show.check ‘em on style.com!
